Olive’s Room is named for Lady Olive Ardilaun, one time owner, with husband Lord Ardilaun (Arthur Edward Guinness) of St. Anne’s Estate. Situated in the remarkable Victorian Red Stables, Olive’s Room is a place to step out of the humdrum of life; a place to unwind that is suffused by historical romance and nature.

Olive’s Room is run by Liam Moloughney and Angela Ruttledge of restaurants Moloughney’s, Clontarf, and Woodstock, Phibsborough. The kitchen is managed under the careful watch of head chef, Jenn Kellett and manager Liam Matthews.

We have an allotment here in St. Anne’s where we grow some of the produce to supply the tearoom. We adapt to the changing seasons to bring you a menu with local and wholefoods that are both nourishing and comforting. We passionate about the pursuit of ‘wellbeing’, by which we mean nurturing the twin (and definitely not mutually exclusive) objectives of looking after ourselves by eating healthily and also treating ourselves and enjoying life. This pursuit is perfectly suited to the amenity of St. Anne’s – a place to play, relax and stay healthy!
